meet margie (marge/marjory), our new little buddy! she's been home for a week and what a busy week it's been. marv has been adjusting well and now, a week later, it seems like we're back to our regular routine without too much trouble.

my homegirl stella left us a year ago, and it's taken that long for me to be ready to introduce another cat to our household. i still miss her, but it's nice to have a little more energy in the house.

we got her at the animal humane society and they were so great. i was impressed with their facilities (we went to the one in golden valley) and everyone was really nice and professional. i wholeheartedly recommend giving an animal a second chance by adopting and supporting such a great organization.
